Chemlok® 5150 Adhesive

Chemlok® 5150 solvent-based adhesive is used to bond uncured fluoroelastomers to metal. It can also be used to bond FKM with an incorporated cure system to mechanically prepared metals as well as phosphatized metals used in manufacture of dynamic seals.

Chemlok® 5151 Adhesive

Chemlok® 5151 one-coat adhesive is used to bond uncured fluoroelastomers to metal. It can also be used to bond fluoroelastomers to phosphatized metals.

Chemlok® 6016 Adhesive

Chemlok® 6016 adhesive is a general purpose adhesive used to bond a variety of elastomers to various metals. It is a non-chlorinated solvent adhesive that can be applied as a one- or two-coat system depending on environmental conditions.

Chemlok® 607 Adhesive

Chemlok® 607 adhesive is a clear one-coat adhesive used to bond unvulcanized silicone rubber to various substrates such as metals, glass, plastics and textiles. It also bonds specialty elastomers and some peroxide-cured elastomers.

Chemlok® 608 adhesive is a one-coat adhesive designed for bonding unvulcanized silicone elastomers to various rigid substrates. It also provides excellent adhesion to a variety of commercially available silicone compounds which require a post cure.

Chemlok® 610 Adhesive

Chemlok® 610 adhesive is a one-coat, water-based adhesive used to bond specialty elastomers to metals and textiles. It can also be used as a coating to protect metals against corrosion.

Chemlok® 6100 Adhesive

Chemlok® 6100 adhesive is a covercoat adhesive that bonds a variety of elastomers to various metals. It provides excellent adhesion to mechanically or chemically treated cold rolled steel or aluminum and is highly resistant to salt spray.

Chemlok® 6108 Adhesive

Chemlok® 6108 covercoat adhesive is used to bond a variety of elastomers to various metals. It is a non-chlorinated solvent adhesive that provides strong resistance to harsh environments. In some applications, it may be used as a one-coat adhesive.
