Chemlok® 144 primer is a one-coat, moisture-cure primer used to prime and/or bond a variety of polar substrates. Chemlok 144 primer contains a fluorescent agent to identify its presence when exposed to UV light; primer is transparent under normal light.
Chemlok® 205 primer/adhesive is a heat-activated material designed for use as either a substrate primer or as a one-coat adhesive for bonding unvulcanized nitrile elastomer compounds.
Chemlok® 205A primer is designed for use under Chemlok covercoat adhesives to bond a wide variety of rubber compounds to metals and other rigid substrates. Chemlok 205A primer is an excellent one-coat adhesive for bonding some nitrile rubber compounds.
Chemlok® 205LH primer is a low Hazardous Air Pollutant (HAP) primer designed for use under Chemlok covercoat adhesives to bond a wide variety of vulcanized and unvulcanized rubber compounds to metals and other rigid substrates.
Chemlok® 207 primer is a solvent-based metal primer that provides excellent resistance in a wide range of environmental conditions.
Chemlok® 207LH primer is a low Hazardous Air Pollutant (HAP) primer designed for use under Chemlok 6411LH covercoat adhesive to bond a wide variety of vulcanized and unvulcanized rubber compounds to metals and other rigid substrates.
Chemlok® 208A primer is specifically developed for use with Chemlok 220B adhesive, Autoseal 3370 adhesive and other selected Chemlok covercoat adhesives in coil coating applications.
Chemlok® 213 adhesive is a one-coat adhesive used to bond castable and RIM urethane elastomers to metal. Chemlok 213 adhesive can also be used to bond polyether and polyester castable urethanes, as well as certain thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU).
Chemlok® 217 adhesive is a one-coat adhesive that bonds nitrile or neoprene elastomers to metals or other substrates during vulcanization of the elastomer. It allows processing latitude, readily adapting to conventional application & molding methods.
Chemlok® 218T adhesive is a one-coat, non-chlorinated solvent version of Chemlok 218 adhesive used to bond castable and millable polyurethane elastomers to metals and other rigid substrates.
Chemlok® 219 adhesive can be used as a one-coat adhesive or a primer in combination with Chemlok 213 adhesive for applications requiring increased environmental resistance. It is used for bonding polyether and polyester castable urethanes to metal.
